Privacy and accessibility

What this site keeps

• Your RSVP: who's coming to what, meal choices, dietary notes, and answers to our questions.
• Your mailing address, email or phone, only if you give them to us.
• Songs you add, votes you cast, photos you drop, and messages you seal in the time capsule.
• A small cookie that remembers your browser, so your votes count once and you don't retype the site password.

What it doesn't do

• No ads, no tracking pixels, no analytics companies.
• Nothing is sold or shared. Only the two of us can see the guest list and RSVPs.
• Search engines are asked not to list this site.
• Time capsule messages can't be read by anyone, including us, until our first anniversary.

Where it lives

The site runs on Cloudflare. Photos and data are stored in our own Cloudflare account, not on a wedding platform. If we send email, it goes through Resend, used only to deliver our messages to you.

Changing or removing your information

You can update your RSVP and address any time from this site. To have something removed (a photo, a song, your address), just ask us and we'll delete it.

Accessibility

We built this site to work for everyone at the wedding, including guests who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, larger text, or dark mode. It passes automated checks against the WCAG 2.2 AA standard (axe-core: 0 issues; Lighthouse accessibility: 100). Automated checks don't catch everything, so if anything is hard to use, tell us and we'll fix it, or RSVP with us directly by phone or text.
